You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Because many products are made especially for you, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items made to your specific request

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • This may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

🚚 Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

⚠️ Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. I will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
